Old-fashioned Berliner wiess base beer was brewed today, it was a fairly quick brew. Starting gravity was 1.04 and the pitching temperature was 68° F. Look at that color! The base was a blend of pale ale and white wheat malt from briess.
Mistah Tea is being bottled! Beer will be ready for pick up anytime after July 10! It will hit stores on July 14. Make sure to check out the release party on July 17 at Next-Door Brewing Company. Keg tapping at 6 PM and a firkin at seven.
