4.26.18 – Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned has been bottled! It will be heading your way soon. Join us at MobCraft for the release party May 9th at 7pm.

4.11.18 – We are transferring Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned into the brite tank! Here it will be carbonated and prepped for packaging. We are looking at a couple more weeks until we are all set to go! CAN’T WAIT!! It is tasting so good.

1.26.18 – Exciting news! We are getting ready to pull Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned out of barrels! The team has also done ample samplings for research and development and have begun flavor addition trials.

The barrels of beer will be blended next week and we will be finalizing flavor trials shortly after. Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned is finally getting close! Hoping for a March release. Stay tuned!

11.15.17 – Barrel Tasting! We are tasting barrels today and we found that the beer only needs a little more time in barrels! Then we will do ingredient additions and get it into bottles. We are looking at an early 2018 release! Be watching for when we pull it out of barrels for additions! Stay Tuned!

7.6.17 – Transfers! We are transferring Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned into barrels! We are having a great time with Kyle – the winner. He was able to come in and assist with the transfer and try the beer now that it has finished fermenting out. Cheers to a great day!

6.19.17 – Brew day’s are the best days. The brewery smells of grain and hops – this recipe was built for aging in brandy barrels. We can’t wait for this to be done fermenting out so we can get complete the transfer into barrels. The fresh brandy barrels are on their way. Next update will be transfer day. Stay tuned!

6.1.17 – We are excited to announce that Wisconsin’s Old Fashioned wins the May vote! This is a beer based on Wisconsin’s famous cocktail. An amber lager with orange, cherry, and spices for bittering aged in brandy barrels. Barrel aged beers take time. This beer will be in barrels for around 9 months. So sit back relax and enjoy the process of barrel aged beer!
