The first batch of Baby Cookie unfortunately went sour in the tank and we had to re-brew the batch. My apologies for not getting an update about this out sooner. Internal miscommunication, but at the end of the day totally my fault! The second batch has fermented out clean, and we just added another dose of peppers, and lactose to amp up the creamy mouthfeel. It will be packaged on 1/16 then undergo lab testing. Once we get the OK from the lab, the beer will be ready for pickup, and the liquor store will ship it out the week of the 18th!
