MobCraft Beer Wins Silver Medal at GABF
GABF Silver medal is among the most coveted in the brewing world
Madison, Wisconsin- MobCraft Beer claimed a Silver medal at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) competition. Presented by the Brewers Association, GABF is the largest national beer competition that recognizes the most outstanding beers produced in the United States. The top three winners in the competition’s 90 beer-style categories were announced October 4 at the Great American Beer Festival awards ceremony held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.
“It was the most amazing feeling I’ve felt in my life, not because we won a medal but because it was a culmination of months of hard work” said Andrew Gierczak, Head brewer of MobCraft Beer.
MobCraft Beer was awarded the silver medal out of 116 entries in Coffee beer-style category for its flagship beer Bat$hit Crazy, anEnglish brown ale brewed with milk sugar, and coffee from Madison’s Just Coffee Coop. MobCraft beer is a Crowdsourced brewery that turns customers ideas into beer located in Madison, Wisconsin.
