Beelzebubs run has happily fermented out and has been transferred over to our bright beer tank! Now we just have to add the remaining cacao nibs and the raspberries. We do this by basically making a tea with the ingredients and then adding it to the fermenter. Pretty soon we will be getting a power mixer so we can take whole fruits and turn them into purees which will make them easier to handle. It tasted very chocolaty going into the bright beer tank with a nice body and some roasted character from the malts. I am jacked for this one, as soon as the ingredients have steeped we will package it so be on the lookout for it!
