Don Durio is brewed and happily fermenting away in the tank! This pale pilsner has just a tiny bit of Cara munich malt in it to give it some character aside from the predominating Pilsen malt. Make no mistake, we will be letting the durian and cashew shine for this beer. We used the Fermentis Saflager 34/70 dry yeast. No durian and cashews have been added yet but we will be purchasing a durian this weekend and experimenting with its flavor profile. (Pictures to come later!) We had some of the cadre that suggested the beer stop by as well and they were just as jacked as we are!
