We’ve finally set a date for the celebration of our new brewery and taproom! Join us for a weekend full of delicious beer and fun! Below is a basic outline of the weekend’s events with more details to follow:
Friday, September 30th (Doors open noon to midnight): Electronic Show

Saturday, October 1st (Doors open noon to midnight): The Big Party
-Exclusive Bottle Release @noon – Barrel Aged Laughing Clown! Limit 2 bottles per person
-2-5pm Book Signing: Kevin Revolinski, Wisconsin’s Best Beer Guide

Sunday’s Brewer’s Brunch Menu:
Appetizer: Beer-mosa of Hop Gose the Grapefruit and Grapefruit Juice
First Course: French toast stuffed with whipped mascarpone, vanilla cantaloupe jam, roasted pecans, red maple syrup and cinnamon basil. Paired with Breakfast Blueberry Waffle Hefeweizen.
Second Course: Irish sausages, cubed fried potatoes, sausage gravy, cheese curds, and Rambo radish microgreens. Paired with Mistah Tea.
Third Course: Chicken fried flat iron steak and eggs, veal gravy and a side of greens. Paired with Forward Fest.
