4.26.18 – We had an absolute blast at the release party! The beer is tasting amazing! We are just waiting on some final testing and the bottles will be headed your way.
4.11.18 – Midnitro is in bottles! Labels have arrived and it will be released soon! Be sure to hard pour into a glass! It is nitro afterall! RELEASE PARTY! Celebrate with the winner Tuesday, April 24 at Landmark 1850 in Milwaukee! Local? We hope to see you there.
3.28.18 – It’s nitro time! We have the kegged product all ready to rock. Just running trials on bottling and this beer will be set to take flight! We are hoping for a mid April release!
3.14.18 – So we have gotten to the point where we are ready for coffee!! Few more weeks and this beer will be all set!
2.28.18 – Adding the additional blackberry as well as the cacao nibs today. Yumm!
2.19.18 – Taste Test! Turns out the dragon wants more blackberry. So more blackberry it is!
2.12.18 – Blackberry addition. Pasteurizing and adding blackberry today. It smells sooo good!
1.28.18 – Brewing Midnitro Dragon’s Dream today! Having a blast with the winner Mike and his lovely wife and daughter. We can not wait to get the blackberries in this brew.
1.2.18 – Midnitro Dragon’s Dream – Nitro Oatmeal Stout with blackberries, chocolate and coffee wins! The beer – inspired by a cross between a Lambic and a Stout, the name – inspired by Fantasy. Midnitro Dragon’s Dream will be our first packaged nitro beer and we are so excited for the challenge. We have begun running tests for nitro and sourcing all of the awesome ingredients that will go into this nitro oatmeal stout. Brew day will be in a few weeks! Stay tuned!
