We just brewed the Orange You Glad Hefewiezen Monday and Tuesday of this week to which we will be adding blood oranges! The Hefe yeast is a vigorous beast, as when I came in this morning there was a layer of beer on the floor from the tank blowing over with such a strong fermentation. Its sticking right at around 70 degrees, and at this rate should be done pretty quick! Get excited for this one, it’ll be a great spring refresher for sure!
