So we added the blood oranges and our lactic acid and the Orange You Glad is ready to package! It has plenty of that estery hefe character that makes me think of spring, with strong aromas of orange citrus and a subtle tartness to round out the body of the brew!

It will truly be delicious!

Oh and FYI we used a strain of Hefewiezen yeast, which does not like to flocculate out, so don’t freak out if there is some yeast at the bottom of the bottle!
